Since the completion of the series, internships with Grow Your Business Cleveland are closed. We thank everyone who participated and appreciate their contributions. Our interns gained the experience of a lifetime. INTERN ROLES

Marketing and Communications, Writing/Editing Internship Roles

• Research, recruit and schedule CLE business experts to be featured in our video series & podcasts
• Take a journalistic approach to discovering remarkable topics and stories for the series content from speakers and other resources
• Communicate directly with and assist our guest speakers during the production process.
• Participate in conference calls and creative sessions with guest speakers
• Work directly with and assist guest speakers during production
• Conduct interviews, both on and off-camera, as well as other on-camera appearances as
  needed
• Write website and promotional copy, captions, blogs, tweets and content for various
  media types such as videos, podcasts, photos and graphics
• Publish media on GYB CLE website (WordPress) and social media channels following
  the deadlines of an editorial calendar
• Promote the GYB CLE content via sharing and engagement on our own channels as well
  as paid, earned and social sharing promotion.

Media Production Internship Roles

• Work directly with and assist guest speakers during production
• Conduct interviews, both on and off-camera, as well as other on-camera appearances as
  needed
• Participate in creative sessions with guest speakers
• Set-up and operation of video production studio equipment – HD and DSLR cameras,
  sliders, jibs, lighting and audio
• Work with professional video editing and graphic software – Final Cut ProX, Adobe CC
• Work under the direction of the Creative Director and Marketing team to create media
  content
• Publish media on GYB CLE website (WordPress) and social media channels

Human Resource Internship Roles

• Recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and scheduling
• Developing training programs
• Develop internal systems for production and publishing content
• Internal and external communications
