William’s background is in insurance, so working in the non-profit industry was a new experience. He has learned a lot over the years. He is proud to have helped grow CAAO from a 400 individual members to a 12,000 members in less than 8 years. CAAO is a collaboration of 6 African American Professional Organizations. CAAO’s programs focus on entrepreneurial development, leadership development and career development, and youth development.
