Event Details

Kelly personally discovered Bone Broth because she had severe joint pain. Her knees were sore after running, her ankles hurt after walking long distances and her elbows hurt after playing tennis. After researching joint pain she kept coming across articles on Bone Broth. She found out bone broth fights inflammation.  It is very high in the anti-inflammatory amino acids glycine and proline. Also, the glucosamine in bone broth can actually stimulate the growth of new collagen, repair damaged joints and reduce pain and inflammation.  After drinking it for a month, she started feeling better. Her knees and ankles no longer hurt in the mornings. And her elbows were no longer sore. As proponents of the farm-to-table movement, Kelly believes bone broth is not a fad but a way of life.
